Shipping Destinations

  • We ship both domestically and internationally.

 Shipping Costs

  • We offer free standard shipping within the USA and a flat fee of $12.99 for international orders.    

Shipping Times

  • Our typical shipping and handling time is 1-2 business days Monday thru Friday.  We do not ship on weekends or holidays. At Halex Outdoor Gear, we do all we can to ensure deliveries arrive on time; however, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather conditions, service interruptions, etc. 

Returns

You may return new, unused and unaltered items within 30 business days of receipt of the item(s) (certain exclusions may apply).  We will issue you a refund or merchandise credit based on the purchase price, excluding any shipping and handling charges. All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase and must be authorized via email by Halex Outdoor Gear, Inc. You must send the item(s) back in new, unused and fully resalable condition with the original product packaging intact.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate products, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be immediately processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original form of payment.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within three (3) business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Items that were purchased on sale can only be refunded at the sale price and not at the regular price.  

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at info@halexoutdoorgear.com and send your item to:

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

When returning your item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
